By accessing or using QuickSwap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Platform Nature

QuickSwap is a peer-to-peer marketplace. We act only as an intermediary facilitating connections between buyers/renters and sellers/lenders.

  • We do not own, sell, or rent the items listed.
  • We are not a party to any transaction between users.
  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised.

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Post illegal, unsafe, or prohibited items (e.g., drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods).
  • Use the App for fraudulent purposes or to spam other users.
  • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users.
  • Post false or misleading information.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account limits. You must notify us of any unauthorized use.

5. Content Policies

  • You retain ownership of photos/descriptions you post, but you grant us a license to display them on the App.
  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies without notice.
  • We may ban users who repeatedly violate these Terms.

6. Liability & Indemnity

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickSwap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any transactions with other users.
  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify QuickSwap against any claims arising from your listings or use of the App.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between you and another user must be resolved between yourselves. QuickSwap is not obligated to mediate disputes but may do so at its discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of changes.
