- Device Information: Device model, OS version, and unique device identifiers to ensure App security and function.

- To Provide Services: To facilitate buying, selling, and renting of items.
- To Connect Users: To allow buyers/renters to chat with sellers.
- To Improve the App: To analyze usage trends and fix bugs.
- Safety & Security: To detect fraud, abuse, and illegal activities.
3. Permissions We Request
- Camera & Gallery: Required to upload photos of items you want to list or to update your profile picture.
- Location: Required to tag your listings with a location and find items near you.
- Storage: Required to curb cache data and improve app performance.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with:
- Service Providers: Google Firebase (for hosting, authentication, and database), Google Analytics (for usage analysis).
- Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights/users safety.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
- We retain your data as long as your account is active.
- Delete Account: You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data directly within the App settings or by contacting us at labsnstech@gmail.com.
- Upon deletion, your personal information is removed from our live databases. Some transaction records may be kept for legal/accounting purposes.
6. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
